Bangkok / Hanoi, February 2026 — Love2Test, a Thai digital platform for sexual health and HIV testing, has officially launched in Vietnam under the domain love2test.vn. The expansion aims to improve access to HIV prevention services across Southeast Asia.
Proven success in Thailand
Since its launch in December 2020, Love2Test.org in Thailand has demonstrated that a private and accessible digital service can effectively connect people with care. A study published in AIDS and Behavior (2025) reported that the platform received more than 158,639 visitors and generated 8,865 service bookings within one year, from October 2023 to September 2024. This represented a booking-to-visit rate of 5.59%.
The most frequently requested services were HIV testing (38%) and STI screening (28%). Most users were between 15 and 34 years old and included men who have sex with men, transgender women, and non-binary people. These results reflect the platform’s ability to reach communities that have a higher risk of HIV exposure and may encounter barriers in conventional health systems.
What services does Love2Test Vietnam provide?
- 24-hour online HIV-test booking — Users can choose a convenient date, time, and location without waiting in a walk-in queue. Available options include clinic testing and home self-test delivery where offered.

- A nationwide partner-clinic directory — An interactive map helps users find services in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and other major cities.
- Automatic reminders — SMS and email notifications help users remember appointments and recommended follow-up testing.
- Privacy by design — The service is designed to protect personal information and support people who are concerned about stigma or discrimination.

Why Love2Test matters in Vietnam
Vietnam is home to an estimated 250,000 people living with HIV, while many others may not yet know their status. Fear of stigma and difficulty reaching suitable services remain important barriers. Love2Test.vn helps address these gaps through a platform designed to be secure, private, and easy to use. Its work supports the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets and Vietnam’s goal of ending AIDS as a public-health threat by 2030.
About Love2Test
Love2Test was developed by Love Foundation in Thailand and launched in 2020 as a mobile-friendly platform focused on online access to HIV testing and sexual-health services. The platform is now expanding its model across Southeast Asia.
