If you plan to visit, use the map and contact the office first: the foundation office is not necessarily a walk-in clinic and may not provide testing or treatment at every time shown online.

Do not send passwords, full identity documents, complete medical records, or financial credentials through a public message. For a health-related enquiry, begin with the type of information or service you need. Staff can then direct you to an appropriate clinic or support route and explain what details, if any, are necessary.
