AUTHOR & EDITORIAL PROFILE

Love Foundation Editorial Team

The team develops and reviews accessible, non-stigmatising content about HIV, sexual health, and LGBTQ+ wellbeing using authoritative sources.

BIOGRAPHY

A collective author accountable for Love Foundation content

The Love Foundation Editorial Team is the collective author for articles prepared by the Foundation rather than attributed to a single named contributor. The team turns evidence and service information into practical Thai and English content about HIV, sexual health, sexually transmitted infections, and LGBTQ+ wellbeing and rights.

Collective authorship means the Foundation accepts editorial responsibility for sourcing, plain-language editing, respectful terminology, internal links, and correction of the published page. It does not mean that every team member is a physician, nor does an article replace individual medical care.

How content is prepared and checked

  1. Define the reader’s questionClarify the audience, purpose, and decisions the page should help with.
  2. Use traceable sourcesPrioritise public-health agencies, clinical guidance, peer-reviewed research, and original project information.
  3. Edit for accuracy and dignityCheck medical meaning, avoid certainty beyond the evidence, and use non-stigmatising language.
  4. Publish references and limitationsShow supporting sources where appropriate and distinguish education from diagnosis or personalised advice.
  5. Review and correctUpdate time-sensitive guidance, services, links, and language; correct material errors transparently.

TRANSPARENCY

Editorial boundaries

Health articles are educational. Diagnosis, treatment choice, prescriptions, and follow-up must be individualised by qualified health professionals. When an article has a named clinician, interviewee, researcher, or external author, that contribution should be identified separately rather than replaced by the team byline.
