What can you access through LINE Love2Test?

Book an HIV test

Explore HIV testing services, choose a clinic and an available appointment slot, then follow the booking steps to confirm your details.

Book a PrEP appointment

Find PrEP services at participating clinics. Check the service details, fees and eligibility requirements before booking.

Check in on your wellbeing

Access an initial mental wellbeing self-check to help you reflect on how you feel and consider what support might be useful.

Review your bookings

How to start booking an HIV test or PrEP appointment

  1. Add LINE @love2test. Open the Love2Test add-friend link on a phone with LINE installed.
  2. Open the services or booking menu. Choose HIV testing or PrEP, depending on what you need. Menu labels may vary between versions.
  3. Choose a clinic, date and time. Review the service, required documents, eligibility and any charges before continuing.
  4. Review and confirm your booking. Complete any registration, sign-in or identity verification steps shown on screen.
  5. Keep your appointment details and check its status. Use your booking history to review your appointment, and contact the clinic if anything is unclear before you travel.

Some linked pages, menus and the original campaign artwork may be in Thai. Check language support with the service team if you need help.

Your mental wellbeing matters, too

Looking after yourself is not only about appointments. If you want to reflect on how you have been feeling, Sukjai by Love2Test offers free initial mental wellbeing self-checks online. Choose a place where you feel comfortable and answer according to your own experience.

A screening result is not a diagnosis. It cannot replace an assessment by a qualified professional. If the result concerns you, or your feelings are affecting everyday life, speak with a healthcare professional about appropriate support.

Explore whether PrEP may be right for you

If you are considering HIV prevention options, the Love2Test PrEP questionnaire can help you explore your needs and prepare questions for a healthcare professional.

The questionnaire is not an HIV test, a prescription or confirmation of eligibility for PrEP. Starting PrEP requires appropriate assessment and testing with a healthcare professional. For background information, see our guide to HIV prevention and PrEP.

Keep track of your own booking history

After booking, return to the appointment history available through the service. Use the same account you booked with and complete any required identity checks. This lets you review your bookings without starting a new booking each time. If an appointment is missing, check which account you used and contact the service team or clinic.

Booking history is not a laboratory results service. An appointment record does not indicate an HIV test result or confirm that medication has been provided. Contact the clinic caring for you for test results or guidance on PrEP.

Free to use: check clinic costs and eligibility separately

Love2Test does not charge a platform fee to add its LINE account or access its booking channel. The initial wellbeing self-checks and PrEP questionnaire are free to use. Your usual internet or mobile data charges may apply.

Free access to the platform does not mean every HIV test, PrEP medicine or clinic service is free for everyone. Free services depend on programme rules, individual eligibility and the services offered by each provider. Check fees, required documents and your entitlement before confirming an appointment.

Simple steps to protect your privacy

Frequently asked questions about LINE Love2Test

How do I add Love2Test on LINE?

Open https://lin.ee/YejdrJI to reach the Love2Test add-friend page. The campaign lists the account as @love2test. If you open the link on a computer, follow LINE's instructions for continuing on your phone.

Does booking through LINE mean HIV testing and PrEP are always free?

No. There is no platform fee to use the booking channel, but clinic fees, medication costs and free-service eligibility depend on the provider and programme. Check the details before confirming your appointment.

Can a wellbeing self-check diagnose a mental health condition?

No. It is an initial screening tool, not a diagnosis. Speak with a healthcare professional if you are concerned about the result.

Can I start PrEP as soon as I finish the questionnaire?

No. The questionnaire is not a prescription or confirmation of eligibility. Appropriate assessment and testing with a healthcare professional are needed before starting PrEP.

Does my booking history show HIV test results?

This article describes appointment history, not a laboratory results service. Contact the clinic caring for you for test results or medical advice.
