Take PrEP Get Safe: a partner in HIV prevention
The project makes PrEP easier to understand, answers concerns before starting, and connects interested people with testing and clinical follow-up.

Love Foundation develops this work around accessibility, privacy, non-discrimination, and practical connections to support.
Turning information into practical prevention
PrEP is highly effective when used as planned, but HIV testing before initiation and appropriate follow-up are essential. The project explains benefits, steps, and limitations clearly.
How the project helps
- Explain oral PrEP and options available through services
- Help people decide whether to discuss PrEP with a provider
- Connect users to HIV, kidney, hepatitis, and STI testing as appropriate
- Support adherence and follow-up without blame
PrEP is one part of sexual-health planning
PrEP prevents HIV but not other STIs or pregnancy. Condoms, STI testing, vaccination, and other methods can be combined according to personal goals.
If a concerning exposure has already happened within 72 hours, seek urgent PEP assessment rather than trying to start PrEP alone.
