SisterHood: a space where transgender women can be fully themselves
SisterHood connects transgender women in Thailand with peers, community, opportunities, and health information that respects their identities.

Love Foundation develops this work around accessibility, privacy, non-discrimination, and practical connections to support.
Why SisterHood exists
Transgender women continue to face barriers to healthcare, work, and safe conversation. SisterHood is a community structure shaped by members’ lived experiences and priorities.
Its purpose is not to prescribe one way to live, but to ensure each person has enough information, connections, and choices to decide for themselves.
What the community offers
The platform brings practical information together—from health, hormone care, and HIV/STI testing to jobs and community events.
- Find clinics that respect gender identity
- Meet peers and exchange experiences without judgement
- Follow opportunities, events, and trans-specific resources
Safety is built through practice
SisterHood prioritises privacy, respectful language, consent, and referral to qualified professionals when specialist support is needed.
Members decide whether to participate, speak, or share personal information without pressure.
